Composition:

The BPL Buffer Loader Machine consists of two essential parts:

Robot and Vision Conveyor:
- The Vision Conveyor identifies the coordinates of the screens and transfers the data to the robot.
- The robot grabs the screens and places them in the Buffer Machine and the main BPL machine.
Buffer Machine:
- This is a newly developed product, composed of cooperation and coordination between the Loader and Unloader machines.

Key Functions:

The robot grips and places screens in the Buffer Machine and the main BPL machine: The robot grasps the screens and positions them in the Buffer Machine and the primary BPL machine in preparation for the next production stage.
