Components:

Unloader:
- The Unloader section consists of two critical functions. First, it receives trays from Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and accurately positions them for further screen placement by the robot.
- Equipped with a state-of-the-art vision system, it meticulously examines various factors, such as whether any trays are left in the area, if the trays are placed incorrectly, and the levelness of the screens in the trays.
- Upon inspection, the Unloader transfers the precise coordinates and positioning data to the robot, ensuring screens are placed perfectly on the trays.
Robot & Vision:
- The Robot and Vision system work in tandem to ensure the seamless and precise placement of screens into the trays.
- The Vision system identifies the exact position of the screens, collecting crucial data that is then seamlessly transferred to the robot.
- The robot uses this data to position the screens as required, ensuring that every screen is perfectly placed, meeting the highest quality standards.
