The IC Tape Attach Machine is a vital tool designed to accurately and efficiently glue a protective adhesive onto the IC FPC of a screen. This machine adheres to cleanroom standards and operates with a stable power source of 220V / 3P / 30A. With high precision, with a separation tolerance of only +/- 30 microns, this product is a crucial part of CSOT’s manufacturing process.

Components:

The machine comprises 3 robots, 2 feeders, 2 touch control systems, an MCR (Magnetic Character Recognition) system, CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing), and a tape loader and unloader.

Key Functions:

Receive screens from the previous stage: The machine receives screens from the preceding manufacturing stage and positions them as necessary for the IC tape attachment process.
Realign screens into accurate positions: The machine readjusts the screen’s position to ensure precision in the tape attachment process.
Retrieve tape from rolls: The machine retrieves protective adhesive tape from rolls.
Realign the tape into position: The machine aligns the adhesive tape into the correct position in preparation for the attachment process.
Attach the tape onto the screens: The machine precisely attaches the protective adhesive tape onto the IC FPC of the screen for insulation and protection.
Move screens to the next stage: The machine transports screens, now equipped with attached tape, to the next step in the production process.
Record, process, and transfer data into the system: The machine records vital information about the tape attachment process, processes this data, and transfers it into the manufacturing management system, ensuring quality monitoring and control throughout the entire production process.
