Key Functions:

Receive POL panels from 14 feeders into 1 centralized conveyor: The machine receives POL panels from 14 feeders and consolidates them into a single line on a centralized conveyor.
The conveyor passes through 2 high-speed defect detection cameras: The conveyor moves through 2 high-speed defect detection cameras.
Cameras notify the central system when defects are detected: The cameras capture and notify the central system when defects are identified on the POL panels.
Defective POL panels are separated: POL panels with defects are separated to be processed separately.
POL panels meeting the standards pass through a cleaning chamber: POL panels meeting the standards are passed through a cleaning chamber to remove dust and dirt.
POL panels are automatically packaged: After undergoing the inspection and cleaning process, POL panels are automatically packaged.
