In 2018, Asia Networks Energy (ANE) emerged as a reflection of the vigorous global renewable energy sector, particularly in Vietnam. Amid significant economic fluctuations worldwide and in Vietnam, ANE appeared as a positive force, aiming towards a sustainable future and actively participating in the "green" transformation of businesses and society.
With this vision, ANE swiftly established its position and reputation in Vietnam's renewable energy sector. The company has become not only a service provider but also a reliable partner, proactively meeting the demand for sustainable green energy in production and everyday life.
Founded at a time when Vietnam's renewable energy sector was witnessing significant breakthroughs, ANE capitalized on the rapid GDP growth in 2018 and the prominence of solar energy. The swift increase in global solar energy capacity created significant economic and environmental opportunities, presenting both challenges and opportunities.
In this context, ANE emerged as a positive and strategic choice. ANE's mission is to provide sustainable renewable energy while strongly meeting the growing market demand. With this mission, ANE has built a name and reputation in the renewable energy field, becoming a trusted partner for the sustainable development of businesses and communities.
Asia Networks Energy embarked on its journey in the renewable energy sector with trust from major, reputable partners.
In 2019, ANE achieved its first success by becoming a distributor of SolarEdge products in Vietnam. This partnership not only reflected SolarEdge’s trust and confidence in ANE—a newcomer in the energy industry—but also laid the foundation for ANE’s expanding influence in the solar energy sector.
In 2020, ANE expanded its collaboration opportunities by connecting with major partners such as SkyX Solar, Youngone, and CSWind. Through rooftop solar energy projects, ANE partially achieved its goal of spreading green energy across urban areas, building sustainable cities.
The partnership with Marubeni Green Power in 2021, one of the world’s leading energy corporations, was a significant step for ANE, involving a 6.0 MWp rooftop solar power project.
ANE's sustainable beginnings are not only about the scale of projects but also the quality provided to partners and associates, laying the foundation for a green and sustainable future in the solar energy sector in Vietnam.
2023 marked an important year for Asia Networks Energy (ANE) with strong collaborations with Vinbatery, a leading unit in battery energy storage systems (BESS) and smart electric vehicles in Vietnam.
ANE proactively implemented rooftop solar energy projects combined with battery energy storage solutions, pioneering modernization and optimization in the use of renewable energy. Notably, ANE and Vinbatery jointly carried out Vietnam’s first smart electric vehicle charging station project. This is a significant step in supporting the development of electric vehicles and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, placing Vietnam among the advanced nations in the field of electric vehicles and clean energy.
Furthermore, ANE is expanding into the Virtual Power Plant (VPP) field over the next five years. By connecting distributed energy sources such as wind farms, solar parks, and Combined Heat and Power (CHP) units, ANE creates a flexible and intelligent system. VPP helps monitor, forecast, and optimize energy production while providing balancing services for the grid.
Other notable ANE events in 2023 include the implementation of the first BESS project in Quang Nam with a capacity of 73 kWh and the handling of rooftop solar energy projects with a total capacity of nearly 9.0 MWp. ANE also expanded its partner network by becoming an authorized distributor for reputable partners such as ITT Inc., HD HYUNDAI ELECTRIC, and DRB Vietnam.
This not only demonstrates the diversity and quality of partners but also ANE’s commitment to innovation and sustainable development in the renewable energy sector.
Amid global integration and the need to end climate change, the COP26 (26th UN Climate Change Conference) plays a crucial role in making commitments and specific solutions to mitigate the impact of climate change.
With a mission geared towards the Net-Zero goal, Asia Networks Energy aims not only to be a provider of efficient energy solutions but also to support customers in achieving Energy Attribute Certificates, reducing greenhouse gas emissions to nearly “Zero Emission.”
