The AGV employs RFID cards and magnetic tape for pinpoint locating with an impressive accuracy of ±10mm. Powered by a robust Lithium battery (48V180Ah), it ensures sustained operation and supports a weight of 1200kg, inclusive of the battery, robot, and control cabinet. The AGV’s manual battery change system ensures continuous operation without downtime.

Two Lidar sensors positioned at the front and rear of the robot create a protective cocoon, ensuring a secure operating environment. A collision sensor, manifested in the form of a bumper, enhances safety by detecting and preventing potential collisions.

The robot, drawing power from a 48V to 400V 3-phase system with a 2kW rating, is designed for precision and reliability.
