Internet of Energy, or Internet of Energy (IoE), is a concept where IoT technology is applied to energy systems to enhance the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of energy production, transmission, and consumption processes.

Internet technology in the energy sector brings significant benefits. Firstly, it improves efficiency and ensures safety for existing energy infrastructure by monitoring and controlling energy production, transmission, and consumption processes. Secondly, IoT applications help reduce energy waste by detecting and addressing issues, losses, and energy waste. Finally, this technology supports the development and integration of renewable and distributed energy sources such as solar, wind, and biomass, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing environmental impact.

Benefits of Internet of Energy

The benefits of using Internet of Energy are undeniable for both producers and end consumers. For producers, IoE helps minimize faults, losses, and energy waste during transmission, while enhancing the ability to detect and address technical issues. End consumers and users also benefit from using Internet of Energy. More efficient energy transmission helps save costs for consumers while also benefiting the environment.
