Functions:
Receive the screen trays from previous stage and separate trays and place screens into cassettes

Position the stack of cassettes into the hot chamber (from 10mins to 2hrs)
Quickly place stack from hot to cold chamber (from 10mins to 2hrs)

Key Functions:

  1. Receive screen trays from the previous stage, separate trays, and place screens into cassettes: The machine receives screen trays from the preceding production stage and separates the trays to place screens into cassettes.
  2. Adjust chamber temperature from 60 to 150°C (depending on the test): The machine can adjust the chamber’s temperature according to specific testing requirements, ranging from 60 to 150°C.
  3. Adjust Aging chamber temperature to -20 to -90°C (depending on the test): Additionally, the machine can adjust the Aging chamber’s temperature down to -20 to -90°C, depending on the type of test to be conducted.
  4. Position the stack of cassettes into the hot chamber (from 10 minutes to 2 hours): Cassettes containing screens are placed in the hot chamber for testing, with test durations ranging from 10 minutes to 2 hours.
  5. Swiftly transfer the stack from the hot to cold chamber (from 10 minutes to 2 hours): After high-temperature testing, the machine quickly transfers the stack from the hot chamber to the cold chamber within a time frame of 10 minutes to 2 hours.
  6. Remove the stacks from the cold chamber and place the screens from stacks onto trays: Upon completion of the testing, the stacks are removed from the cold chamber, and screens are taken from the cassettes and placed onto trays.
  7. Stack trays and place the trays onto Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV): Finally, the trays are stacked and placed onto Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) for transportation to the next stage in the production process.
