Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager (PEMS)


  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Make presentation of company’s business with OEM(s), partners & clients.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients & OEM.
  • Develop a growth strategy, keep update with industry trends and initiatives to support strategic account planning and ensure proposals are innovative and relevant
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing OEM(s), partners & clients
  • Accompany, work & report directly for General Director.


  • University degree with technical background.
  • At least 5 years in similar position.
  • Fluent in English is a MUST
  • Working experiences in Thermal Power Plants or Heavy Industrial
  • Wide relation in the Thermal Power Plants, EVN & PVN is a plus.
  • Willing to travel within the country and abroad.
